🤖 An even more transparent Advisor The Advisor chat takes a leap forward on clarity and trust:
- 🛠️ Live tools — you can now see in real time what the Advisor is doing: tool usage, web searches, code interpreter… The execution unfolds before your eyes — no more black box.
- 🔎 Citations in responses — every answer shows its sources (documentation, offers, tool results). More transparency, more traceability, and the ability to verify at a glance.
📊 A first KPIs dashboard A dashboard that brings together your key indicators, with their month-over-month evolution:
- ⏱️ Lead time & cycle time of strategic initiatives — the time to turn intent into delivered value
- 📦 Lead time & cycle time of PRDs — the pace of your product delivery
- 🟢 MTBF — the reliability of your services

🛠️ Maintenance management ("issues") A new building block to manage the run: a Maintenance item tracks a bug or operational problem, categorized by type (Bug, Security, Performance, Reliability, Technical debt, Dependency, Infrastructure as code, Observability…) and a simple status lifecycle: Open → In Progress → Closed.
- 🔗 Linked end to end — every issue connects to the related PRD, Workload, or Service Incident for full traceability.
- 💸 On the budget side — maintenance activities map to OPEX (keeping the existing run going), whereas PRDs map to CAPEX (building new assets).
Three objects, three complementary roles that cover the whole lifecycle:
