🔬 Microscope.Management
The product that turns strategy into shipped code. AI-driven infrastructure to steer R&D, from OKR to coding agent.
Why Microscope exists
R&D organizations suffer from a disconnect between what is decided (strategy, OKRs, priorities) and what is delivered (code, releases, customer value). Existing tools cover silos: strategy lives in one place, the product portfolio elsewhere, architecture in a third system, and code generated by AI agents in unstructured markdown files.
Microscope closes that loop. One product structures R&D knowledge — strategy, product, tech, experience, organization, finance — and exposes it to AI agents through an MCP server. The result: a traceable chain from business intent down to shipped code, orchestrated by an Advisor AI that knows the tenant's complete context.
Microscope delivers on two promises:
- Consulting as a Software — the value of consulting no longer stops when the engagement ends. The knowledge stays alive in the product, and the Advisor AI, with its customizable agents, keeps supporting teams day to day — the continuity of consulting, made possible in the AI era.
- Spec Driven Development — a specification product that turns business intent into actionable specs, exposed to coding agents via MCP for agentic development aligned with strategy.
The nervous system of agentic development
OKR
→ Strategic initiative
→ Structured PRD (template + Advisor)
→ MCP server exposes the spec
→ Coding agent (Claude Code, Codex…) executes
→ Status reported back to MicroscopeAt every step, the Advisor AI acts as a co-pilot: it assists documentation writing, validates spec completeness, breaks PRDs down into user stories and tasks, and ensures that what reaches the coding agents is precise enough to produce useful code.
Microscope is built with Microscope. The product you use was developed using its own specs, its own Advisor, and its own MCP server. Full dogfooding is our strongest proof of method.

The Advisor AI
The Advisor is the agent at the core of Microscope. It plays two symmetrical roles:
As a writer — it assists the creation of all structured documentation. Completing a PRD, formalizing an OKR, drafting an ADR, framing an initiative from a parent OKR. Templates enforce the structure; the Advisor fills in the context.
As a reader — it cross-references tenant data to produce strategic recommendations, surface hidden dependencies, or answer transversal questions that siloed tools cannot address. "Which initiatives are at risk against the Q3 OKR?" — that's exactly the kind of question the Advisor was built for.
The Advisor is accessible through a chat interface, and also exposed via an MCP server that any coding agent can query.
Spec Driven Development
Microscope exposes its data and Advisor through the Model Context Protocol. This is the brick that turns the management product into an agentic development infrastructure.
Connecting Claude Code, Codex, or another agent to Microscope takes minutes. From there, the agent no longer works on isolated markdown files — it has access to a living, structured, and contextual knowledge base to produce code aligned with the organization's strategy.
The MCP server currently exposes 57 tools across Strategy, Product, and Tech.

Our positioning
Microscope is not another R&D management tool. It is the OS for agentic development — the source of truth that connects business strategy to execution by AI agents.
Organizations that adopt AI in their delivery without a knowledge infrastructure ship code quickly but lose business traceability. Microscope resolves that tension: industrialized specs, agent autonomy, end-to-end traceability.
