Definition

The Product Roadmap is a Gantt view of all PRDs over time. It gives the team and stakeholders a shared view of what is planned, when, and in which order — without leaving the product.

How to use it effectively

• Set start and end dates on each PRD to appear on the roadmap
• Use the zoom controls to switch between day, week, and month granularity
• Export to PDF, Excel, or CSV for board presentations or stakeholder reports
• Cross-reference with the Priority Matrix to validate sequencing against value and effort scores
