🎯 Priority Matrix
Definition
The Priority Matrix is a visual scatter plot that positions PRDs on two axes — Value and Effort — to support data-driven prioritization decisions. It complements the WSJF score shown in the requirements list.
How to use it effectively
- PRDs with high value and low effort (top-left) are the best candidates to prioritize
- PRDs with high value and high effort (top-right) require sequencing and phasing decisions
- PRDs in the bottom area (low value) should be challenged before committing resources
- Switch between Delivery Priority and Value Opportunity views to compare different prioritization lenses
- Use alongside the WSJF column in the requirements list for a full picture
