So I've chosen a hybrid model that fits who I am: 👉 a consulting firm to support organizations with their strategic and operational challenges as an "Independent CTO & IT Strategy Advisor" 👉 and, in parallel, the creation of an agentic SaaS, with a "consulting as a service" approach made possible in the AI era — solutions that last over time and extend the impact of consulting, from defining company strategy all the way to steering its execution
